Indicator: Skills Development
Definition: Total number of unique participants served in workforce programs who have:
a) Completed the program AND
b) Demonstrated proof of skills acquisition (defined by the organization, e.g. increase in pre-post test scores, portfolio with resume, cover letter, etc.) OR
c) Obtained an industry credential
