Indicator: Job Retention Rates

Definition: The count of participants who are employed at each of following milestones [30, 90, 180, and 365 days] in any job divided by the total number of participants ever placed.

Antecedents:

  • Participant/Client: Used interchangeably, a participant or client is any individual who has completed an intake form and has started to receive a service.

Enrollment: Individual is eligible and has started receiving services from the organization
