  1. Measured By: Clients’ satisfaction with the range and quality of physical activities.
    Proposed Definition: Level of client’s satisfaction with range and quality of physical activities provided by the organization, as determined by the client satisfaction survey.

    Proposed Definition: Number of unduplicated clients reporting increased motivation for physical activity after completing 6 months of regular participation in physical activity class.

  3. Measured By: Number of clients reporting improved ability to perform daily activities.
    Proposed Definition: Number of unduplicated clients reporting improved physical ability to perform daily activities such as walking, vacuuming, gardening after completing 6 months of regular participation in a physical activity class.
